We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase.  However, should you want to return an item or cancel an order before despatch, please call us or email straightaway. If the order has not been despatched we will offer a full refund immediately.  If the item has been despatched or received, we will require you to return it in the original packaging, packed exactly how it was despatched in order to avoid damage in transit, & using a tracked, signed for & insured service at your own expense. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the returned item in it's original condition.
